Deskit uses a small Bluetooth iBeacon at your desk so presence can be detected where work actually happens. That is more precise than only knowing that you are somewhere at home.

For automatic desk-based presence detection, yes. Deskit works best with a small iBeacon placed at your desk. The goal is to keep daily use effortless once the setup is done.

Yes. You can confirm, correct, hide, and restore entries whenever needed. Automation prepares the day, but you decide what becomes final.

Yes. Projects are optional and are assigned manually after presence has already been prepared. They add meaning to the day without affecting presence detection.

Absences such as vacation, sick leave, appointments, or time off are handled inside the same flow as your workday. That keeps the record coherent.

Deskit can calculate balances as well as over- and under-hours based on reviewed time. If the balance needs to change for a real-world reason, it can also be adjusted so the statistics stay accurate.

Deskit is designed so your data stays on your iPhone and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. There is no Deskit backend collecting your workday.
